video not working

i brought atom's bluff today and it will not work, i can't save the videos, i can't see the pics nothing.

I have updated IE and adobe flash player, still nothing, i can't stream it either.

i have tried using chrome, same thing. I get an X or a broken link picture.

 

I am really disappointed as this was my first purchase from kink.

Hello,

   We have not been seeing any changes in speed or connection on our end. You may want to reset your modem, if you are using a dynamic IP address. By accessing another IP address, the way our content delivery system is set up, it will attempt to get you the fastest connection possible according to your digital distance from our servers. Please also let us know which ISP you are using, so we can best help with getting you the most updated DNS that should be associated with your computer.
