Downloaded Video

I bought a video. Then, I saved it to my computer. The video keeps pausing at the same mark. I thought waiting a couple hours would help, but the video continues to stop at the same spot. I also quit Quicktime and reopened it

After saving the video to my computer, did I skip a step?

 

I have 2 GB of RAM on my Macbook.

Can you please let us know which video this is occurring on? Also by right clicking and going to 'Get Info', can you please let us what size your Mac currently has it listed as? Are you downloading this video in WMV, MP4, MP4HD, or WMVHD?

 

These questions can help us in attempting to correct this issue. Please answer them to the best of your ability, and we'll see what we can do to stop this from happening.

Checking the video's info helped. Once I saw the size of the file, I realized that I did not save the full video.
