Are they broken or have they been removed?

Instead of the 15-second preview there's just a regular photo.

Seeing as you have reduced the preview from 45 seconds, to 30 seconds, to 15 seconds, I imagine that the previews have been problematic (especially if people keep refreshing the page every few seconds). But they were useful for looking in on the models to see what they were wearing, or if they were busy with something.
