Electric toys

Could any body tell me what the name of this toy is, It is used in most shoots for a instant electric shock.

Has there been any modifications to it if its is a vanilla tool.

I dont know either, but if you find out please relay the info.  I called the "Kink.com store and they didn't know what I was talking about.
