My PR guy has just informed me that I need to state that any sex (whether human-human or animal-animal) would be consensual.  For example, if 2 sheep are shagging, we would just create the right atmosphere and hope it happens.  Under no circumstances would we shoot animal-human sex, even if both the animal and the human really wanted it.
