This year I will be eating vegetarian turkey. vegetarian Turkey. vegetarian turkey - I was hoping if I wrote it enough it would seem ok to eat fake meat for the holiday. Meh.

I used to be vegetarian - for ten years, vegan even for some of that time. Then a dear friend of mine happened to be cooking Buffalo and there was no going back.
