Newbie having issues

Hello!  I just purchased a month subscription but it still asks me to make a payment everytime i click on a streaming video. i already cleared my cookies and cache, is there a step i missed somewhere?

It looks like you currently show a subscription to the website DeviceBondage. Please clear your cookies and cached internet files on your browser and attempt to log in to DeviceBondage.com again.
