If you experience inconsistent playback from movies you downloaded, first close any other programs you have running.
You should also run a virus scan if haven't done so recently, as viruses are a frequent cause of poor system performance.
Check the amount of RAM in your computer, and the CPU speed.
· To find this information in Windows, right-click ‘My Computer’ and from the menu choose ‘Properties’.
· If you use a Mac, click the apple at the top left of your screen and choose ‘About this Mac’.
For smooth video playback, we recommend the following:
