If streaming video does not play consistently, or if the picture freezes up during playback, try the following:
· First shut down any other programs you have running and close other browser tabs. Then refresh the page and try again. Make sure you don’t have any other downloads running in the background.
· If you use a wireless network, make sure it is security-enabled and nobody else is connected to it.
· Restart your web browser and try again.
If none of the above helps, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your computer’s CPU speed, and how much RAM you have installed. To find this information in Windows, right-click ‘My Computer’ and choose ‘Properties’ from the menu. In OS X, click the apple at the top left of your screen and choose ‘About This Mac’. Also include what type of internet connection you have.
